Yoo Dichter. I've got Vipassana experience, wassup? I don't know anything much about Goenka except for what I just read on his site. What problems are you having with it?

Thanks winkybob.

Wich is the difference between generate greed samscaras about something, and enjoy it?

i've been thinking about this a lot and i cant find a good answer. i think in this because i dont like the idea of training my mind into a state where i dont enyoy anithing because i'm affraid of generating more greed samscaras, or just because my equanimity is so strong that i just have no mental clasification for that.

What do you think about this?

Sorry Dichter, I'm not quite with you? Could explain more? No form of meditation should flatten out your natural ability to enjoy anything - though many do. Don't get involved in hours of Vipassana, it's just a preparatory stage. Learn it, practise it, move on:)

Ok, lets go step by step, in that way, we can speak the same language. Sometimes my english is not good enought to explain the things i have in mind.

I can guess that you do know what a samskara is in the buddism and hinduism?

Sorry, I know what it means, I'm asking why you think that this effect is possible? All is compounded and impermanent and lacking inherent self-existence. The idea of merit or de-merit through action or inaction, badness or goodness, is not possible. Any form of conditioning or perception that infers an actual object or sentient being which can have such merit or de-merit and action is illusory and also lacking in inherent self-existence. All is Unity, where can bad samskara begin and good end?
